Business Development Executive
MyTalent Software is looking for a driven and ambitious Business Development Executive to help grow our client base across South Africa, the United Kingdom, and international markets.
This role is focused on generating new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, presenting CRM and software solutions, and managing the full sales cycle from lead generation to close.
As part of a fast-growing technology and consulting company, you will work closely with recruitment agencies, business leaders, and internal technical teams to deliver modern CRM, automation, and digital transformation solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify new sales opportunities
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline
- Conduct software and CRM demonstrations
- Engage with recruitment agencies and business decision-makers
- Prepare proposals and pricing documents
- Manage client relationships and ongoing account growth
- Maintain accurate CRM and sales activity records
- Assist with upselling software modules and services
Requirements
- 2–5 years experience in sales, business development, or account management
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Comfortable using CRM systems and sales tools
- Self-motivated and target-driven mindset
- Experience in SaaS, CRM, recruitment, or technology sales is advantageous
